Hi, I’m Carolina.

I’m an executive pastry chef, recipe developer, and founder of Nourish Edit Kitchen. After 18 years in professional kitchens—and building my pastry business, 2dulces—I’ve learned that confidence with food comes from understanding the process, not following every recipe perfectly.

Now I bring that experience to NEK, helping busy women cook, adapt meals, and build nourishing habits that fit real life.

Why I Created Nourish Edit Kitchen

I created Nourish Edit Kitchen from a simple belief: caring for yourself through food should feel clear, practical, and part of everyday life—not like another set of rules.

NEK helps you understand what nourishes your body, make choices that support your health, and turn those choices into habits that fit real life—and can naturally become part of how your family eats, too.

You don’t need to start over. Learn how to edit: keep what works, change what doesn’t, and create a way of eating that fits your life.

Recipes are part of the teaching, but they aren’t the whole system.

At 56, I believe this is the perfect time to understand food more deeply—not to control it, but to recognize how it affects how we feel, move, recover, and live.

I’m not interested in diets or perfection. I’m learning what supports my body, noticing what works, adjusting what doesn’t, and making the next choice that helps me feel well.

Through NEK, I want to help other women do the same—using recipes and chef-led techniques to create meals that nourish our bodies and make sense in real life.

Why This Matters to Me Now

Where NEK Is Growing

As I continue my training through Precision Nutrition, I’m deepening my understanding of nutrition, behavior change, and sustainable habits. This work will support the future of NEK—including nutrition coaching designed to help women turn what they know into choices they can use in real life.
